EV infrastructure company Connected Kerb has announced that Chris Pateman-Jones will takeover as CEO.
Pateman-Jones has worked in managing product and strategy at the company since 2018. Previously he worked at EY as director of capital projects.
Connected Kerb’s chairman Peter Howe said that Pateman-Jones had been “central to our progression as a company over the last year”.
“He is a thought leader who brings structure, focus and drive, but perhaps most importantly, genuine passion about what we are trying to achieve.
“Chris is a stand-out leader and we know that his deep industry knowledge from his time at Bechtel and EY, alongside his tenacity and vision will take Connected Kerb into this next phase of exponential innovation and growth.”
Pateman-Jones added that “the transition to low emission vehicles and multi-modal transport are critical deliverables for us all – our technology and team are perfectly placed to drive growth and long-term value in these fundamental markets”.
Andy Carr has been named as director of projects, joining Pateman-Jones on the management team. He previously worked at Landlease, a multinational construction, property and infrastructure company.
In January, Connected Kerb installed its first kerbside public charging station, and has since been announced as one of the partners in the Virgin Media Park & Charge project, utilising Virgin’s infrastructure for on-street charging.
Earlier this year, Pateman-Jones talked to Current± about the company’s growth and plans for the future.
