Juliet Davenport has left her role as chairperson of Zap-Map, and is now joining the board of Connected Kerb as a non-executive director.
Davenport was the founder and CEO of green energy supplier Good Energy, roles she held for twenty years. She has also been deputy chair of the Renewable Energy Association board, and for nearly three years was vice president of the Energy Institute.
Additionally, Davenport has also held advisory board member roles at Aurora Energy Research and Grantham Research Institute.
In October 2021, she joined gravity based energy storage company Gravitricity as an advisor to the board.
Peter Howe, chairman of the Connected Kerb board, said: “Connected Kerb is really pleased to welcome Juliet onto the board. Her experience in the EV industry and knowledge of the energy sector will be invaluable to us as we seek to scale up our business and make a positive impact in the fight against climate change.”
Earlier today (10 March), Zap-Map announced that Nigel Pocklington would be taking over as chair, having also taken over as CEO of Good Energy following Davenport’s departure.
Connected Kerb, meanwhile, recently joined Zap-Map’s payment interoperability platform Zap-Pay. The electric vehicle charging network is planning on installing 190,000 public on-street chargers by 2030.
