Jumptech is expanding into the Netherlands through a new partnership with electric vehicle (EV) chargepoint installer VEBE.
The Dutch company has used a combination of off the shelf software solutions since it was launched in 2010, to manage its operations. But as it scales it has found this increasingly challenging.
Meindert Romkes, director at VEBE said: “It’s fantastic that such a specialist platform has been developed which enables us to accelerate our growth. We’re looking forward to having the tools we need to simplify the growth of emobility.”
The partnership is the latest in a string of deals Jumptech has signed since it was launched in 2018. In April, ScottishPower partnered with the installation software company to help accelerate its home charge proposition, and in January it partnered with charging technology company Hypervolt.
Jumptech had a busy 2021, including expanding into Australia thanks to a partnership with charging specialist EVSE.
Beyond this, it integrated its installer management platform with ev.energy’s EV owner smart charging software platform, while Indra, Easee UK, ProjectEV, TSG UK, Fulcrum, BP Pulse, Pod Point, YESSS EV & Energy and Good Energy adopted the software.
“We’re delighted to be working with such a purpose driven organisation and supporting Meindert and his team as they continue to expand, enabling the Netherlands to further accelerate the switch to electric vehicles,” added Jumptech’s founder, Phil Nunn.
