RAW Charging has become the latest chargepoint operator (CPO) to partner with installation software company Jumptech.
It will now use the company’s platform to increase install volumes whilst maintaining visibility over the status of each project.
The CPO will be able to provide detailed completion reports to its partners, summarising the installation, which is automatically generated by Jumptech.
RAW Charging’s engineers will be able to access all the information required to perform an installation through the Jumptech app, with details, photographs and documentation passed back in real time to the company once the chargepoint is operational.
“Jumptech enables us to rapidly scale up our processes as it has been designed specifically for charge point maintenance and installations,” said Bruce Galliford, CEO of RAW Charging.
“It’s the perfect tool to streamline our expansion”.
The partnership follows RAW Charing raising £250 million from private equity firm Antin Infrastructure Partners in its latest fundraising round earlier this month. It has also expanded its leadership team and is eying rapid growth with a target of 10,000 chargepoint installations in next three years.
Jumptech has continued its own rapid expansion throughout 2022, signing partnerships with Sevadis, ScottishPower, Hypervolt and YESSS EV & Energy.
It has also expanded into the Netherlands this year thanks to a partnership with chargepoint installer VEBE, building on its expansion into Australia in 2021 via a partnership with charging specialist EVSE.
Beyond this, it has integrated its installer management platform with ev.energy’s EV owner smart charging software platform, while Indra, Easee UK, ProjectEV, TSG UK, Fulcrum, BP Pulse, Pod Point and Good Energy have all adopted the software since the company was launched in 2018.
Jumptech founder, Phil Nunn, added, “We’re looking forward to supporting the team at RAW Charging as they provide the destination charging at scale essential for the ever increasing adoption of electric vehicles.”
