Energy technology firm Moixa and EV charging manufacturer EO Charging have collaborated on a “revolutionary” dedicated smart charging and home solar battery solution.
EO Charging has partnered with energy supplier Bulb and Suffolk County Council to launch what the trio claim to be the country’s first “fully open” charging network.
EO Charging has partnered with eMotorWerks to integrate new smart functions into its home chargers; Engenie is to install rapid chargers at eight M7 Real Estate locations; and Instavolt has installed its 200th rapid DC charger a year after it began to roll out units across the UK.
EO Charging, which briefly held the record for the biggest single site installation of electric vehicle chargers earlier this year, has secured £13 million of new investment from Zouk Capital to continue its growth.
The UK’s largest single site install of electric vehicle chargers has been completed at one of two properties owned by a cargo firm in a further sign that fleet electrification is set to dominate EV deployment.
