As the electric vehicle rollout continues apace in the UK, the potential for vehicle to grid (V2G) tech to help balance the grid is a key topic of conversation for many. V2G would allow the need for additional grid capacity to meet the demand of EVs to be flipped on its head, with the vehicles themselves actually contributing to grid security.
