EVBox, the Mobility House and Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) have joined forces to create a fleet electric vehicle (EV) charging solution for leasing providers, corporates and fleet managers.
The CHARGE NOW for Business solution allows users to manage contracts, charging cards and tariffs, as well as analyse charging behaviour using detailed interfaces and charging data exports.
Fleet managers and corporate drivers in the DACH region can order an EVBox wallbox running on Everon charging management software, and request optional installation services via the CHARGE NOW for Business fleet portal.
The solution enables employees to be reimbursed by employers for the electricity they use to charge their company EV at home, with a data exchange between the wallbox and the driver account giving users an overview of the residential charging sessions as well as the electricity costs that can be reimbursed.
Charging sessions initiated at public charging stations or at the workplace can also be viewed in the driver’s account.
ChargePilot, a technology-agnostic charging and energy management system by The Mobility House, is used to maintain a stable power supply for EVs at fleet and company locations, helping to keep grid connection and operating costs to a minimum.
The Mobility House also supplies charging infrastructure for workplaces and fleet locations, offers advice as early as the design stage of on-site system and takes over or arranges installation services.
CHARGE NOW for Business can also be integrated into existing fleet management software via open interfaces. Companies using the complete solution can also allow their employees, customers, and visitors to charge EVs that are not part of the company fleet on the company premises.
Small and medium-sized enterprises are also able to sign up for the solution via an online self-service portal.

EVBox launched its Everon Business Portal earlier this year, offering fleet managers real-time insights into charging station health, charging patterns and energy consumption of EVs.
Meanwhile, EVBox signed a deal with The Mobility House in 2020 to provide vehicle-to-grid (V2G) hardware for any projects implemented by The Mobility House.
