It’s now less than a month until the doors of Birmingham’s NEC open to visitors attending Solar & Storage Live, the UK’s flagship exhibition and conference for solar, storage and smart technology.
Taking place between 3-5 October 2017 in Hall 3, Solar Media’s biggest event of the year offers an exciting new focus on energy storage alongside its signature expertise and insights into the UK’s solar industry.
Evolving from Solar Energy UK and seven-years of continuous show growth, this year’s show also offers new coverage of electric vehicle charging infrastructure; energy management and trading in an era of blockchain and other technological developments; and low carbon solutions benefit commercial and residential end-users.
Returning to the show floor will be the show’s installer focused theatres, offering free content addressing current and future opportunities related to technology, finance and emerging markets.
A raft of major solar and storage manufacturers are already confirmed to exhibit at this year’s show, including the likes of JA Solar, BYD, Sonnen, NEC Energy Solutions and SolarEdge. A number of exhibitor packages remain available but are selling fast. Interested exhibitors can contact Meena Manthena or Tom Moon to discuss their options.
Attendance is free and registration could not be easier and can be done within minutes using our online registration portal.
2017 will also introduce a new high-level executive conference available to a limited number of ticket-only delegates. The three day conference will be broken up into three streams – Energy Storage, Solar Business and Future Power – to offer market leading content and the latest developments and opportunities to emerge in these key areas.
Tickets are available to purchase now and are currently priced at between £399 and £499 across the three conference days. Flexible two and three-day ticket options are also available, priced from £749.00 to £1,099.00.
All conference tickets include access to the exclusive networking area with all speakers, sponsors and conference delegates. Tickets also include lunch and refreshments throughout the day and a drinks reception on Tuesday 3 October after the conference adjourns
The Solar Power Portal Awards return for a fifth consecutive year this October to celebrate the UK solar and energy storage industry.
Established to recognise outstanding achievement in the solar and clean energy sectors within the last 12 months, this year’s awards received a record number of nominations. Winners will be announced at a prestigious presentation and gala dinner ceremony on Wednesday 4 October at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham by host, Robert Llewellyn.
Tickets are now available to purchase online and can be done so either here or by emailing Sue Bradshaw. Priced at £170 for a single ticket or £1,900 for a table of 12, your ticket guarantees you entrance to the black tie event, drinks reception, three-course meal and evening entertainment.
