Norway-headquartered electric vehicle (EV) charging firm Easee has made two new senior hires in its UK team.
Csilla Heim has been appointed as Easee’s country director in the UK, while Carissa Winters has been appointed as head of marketing for the UK.
Heim has previously led operations for Plugsurfing, working on developing OEM charging solutions, as well as managing partnerships at Munich-based startup EcoG.
She now aims to grow the size of Easee’s business in the UK, focusing on driving forward Easee’s mission to shape the future of electricity with its energy management technology for both individuals and businesses.
She is also aiming to expand Easee’s network of chargers in both the private and commercial sectors.
“We’re on a mission to shape the future of electricity, and I’m looking forward to continuing maximising the power of electric vehicles and helping even more families take their next step in the journey towards net zero,” Heim said.
Winters meanwhile, has 15 years of marketing experience, having led integrated global marketing programmes for Sony Professional Solutions prior to joining Easee.
She will now oversee all UK marketing activities, focusing on growing Easee’s profile in the UK to help drive the sales of the company’s electric charging robot to both individuals and commercial customers.
Easee recently partnered ev.energy for a combined hardware and software package designed to save drivers money.
It followed Easee partnering software company Jumptech in 2019, with this enabling Easee to use Jumptech’s installation-management platform that gives visibility over the status of an install, as well as historic performance data, conversion rates and other key metrics.
