Electric vehicle (EV) charger supplier Sevadis has become the latest company to partner with software provider Jumptech, to help streamline the installation of chargepoints.
The company’s electrical installers and contractors will now be able to use Jumptech’s platform, which integrates the processes and communications required for EV chargepoint installation.
It follows Sevadis partnering with YESSS EV & Energy as their strategic wholesale partner, giving installers across the UK access to the company’s range of charging solutions.
Jumptech has also partnered with YESSS EV & Energy, and as such the new agreement between the software provider and charger supplier strengthens YESSS EV & Energy’s offering to their network of installers.
“We are delighted to be collaborating with Jumptech to support our growing network of Sevadis approved installers, providing them and their customers with a streamlined and transparent installation process,” said Craig Slater, managing director of Sevadis.
“Installers play a critical role in deploying the nation’s network of EV charging points; at Sevadis we are investing our resources into making the installation of our charging points as seamless as possible, hence joining forces with experts in the green energy and installation sphere, Jumptech.”
Since Jumptech was launched in 2018 it has grown at pace, signing a slew of partnerships. In April, ScottishPower partnered with the installation software company to help accelerate its home charge proposition, and in January it partnered with charging technology company Hypervolt.
Beyond this, it integrated its installer management platform with ev.energy’s EV owner smart charging software platform, while Indra, Easee UK, ProjectEV, TSG UK, Fulcrum, BP Pulse, Pod Point and Good Energy have all adopted the software.
In May 2022, the company expanded into the Netherlands thanks to a partnership with chargepoint installer VEBE, and in 2021, it also expanded into Australia thanks to a partnership with charging specialist EVSE.
Phil Nunn, CEO and founder of Jumptech said: “Sevadis has a great product range which is increasingly popular with installers and commercial customers. We’re looking forward to working with their fantastic team to make it simple for drivers and businesses to switch to electric vehicles.”
