Energy regulator Ofgem has published a notice ordering electricity generator EP SHB Ltd to pay £23.63 million for a breach of its Generation Licence.

Ofgem orders SSE Generation to pay £9.78m for breach of Generation Licence

Following an investigation by energy regulator Ofgem, SSE Generation has been issued to pay £9.78 million due to a breach of its Generation Licence.

Drax to pay £6.12 million for breaching Electricity Generation License

Ofgem has confirmed that electricity generator, Drax Pumped Storage Limited, has agreed to pay £6.12 million to the Voluntary Energy Redress fund for breaching its Electricity Generation License.
