SSEN Transmission has revealed its plans to appeal various aspects of Ofgem’s RIIO-T2 price control settlement to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
Ofgem has upped the funding available to network companies under the next RIIO-T2 price control period from 2021-2026.
Ofgem’s RIIO-2 Draft Determinations risk system reliability and will result in missing 2030 targets according to SSEN Transmission, with SPEN also wading in to brand the proposals “unacceptable”.
