Kaluza has continued its management shakeup, with three new senior members of staff joining from Uber, the World Energy Council and Farfetch.
The appointments come after a new CEO, Sara Wood, joined the OVO Group’s technology platform ecosystem company in December.
Now, Dinika Mahtani is joining Kaluza as finance director from Uber’s JUMP bikes, where she was the UK’s general manager.
Yolanda Martin is taking over as Kaluza’s platform ecosystem director, joining from fashion technology platform Farfetch. She follows Wood, who was previously executive VP of product at the company.
Finally Marzia Zafar is becoming head of customer policy and strategy, bringing her experience as director of insights at the World Energy Council to the team.
Wood said: “Combining expertise across energy and technology will be key in tackling the complex challenge of reaching net zero. Intelligent technologies that empower customers to save money and carbon play a critical role in reshaping the industry for a sustainable future.
“I am delighted to welcome Dinika, Yolanda, and Marzia to Kaluza, each bringing with them a wealth of diverse experience that will further propel the business in its mission towards a greener, intelligent energy system.”
Kaluza has seemingly gone from strength to strength recently, and January, the company celebrated becoming the first residential flexibility platform to provide a paid service to a UK distribution network operator, Western Power Distribution.
